50 Grain Aluminum:

How do I deside what arrow to use on my recurve bow, like alu or carbon and what weight?
I'm new in bowhunting and am sort of lost. Too many different arrows to choose from. I shoot a Martin X-200 recurve at 45@28. My drawlength is 32 so that makes it 53@32.
