Where can I find a hunting instructor?
I have never been hunting but would like to learn to hunt, only I don't have any friends or family who are hunters. I'm particularly interested in hunting with a pistol, but would need someone to show me how to use it. There are some hunting lodges around that have guided hunts but you have go rent a cabin or something. I placed an ad on CL but got no answer. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find someone who I can accompany on a hunting trip who can teach me on in informal basis?

Would you be willing to visit someone...?
like me, for instance, if I gained fifty pounds, cut WAY back on my personal grooming and moved to a hunting lodge next to a lake where I lived with Stephen King and Henry Rollins and we spent our days telling manly stories and taking turns making waffles for breakfast?
